While we don’t produce pipes, plates, flanges, sockolets, weldolets, and forged fittings ourselves, we offer these components as part of a complete package to our clients. We strive to fulfill all our customers’ piping needs as a one-stop solution provider. Tubo also stocks seamless/ERW pipes in materials such as alloy steel, stainless steel, duplex, monel, inconel, and more, with 400 MT of alloy steel pipes available for immediate delivery.
What is spool?
Spools are Prefabricated units made by Joining Pipe, Pipe Fittings and Flanges as per Prescribed Isometric Design. These spools then can be Installed at The Site.
Why Spool?
Fabrication at Shop Floor offers High Quality and Better Construction than that of at site. Purchasing Complete Unit is Cheaper than Purchasing Individual Parts and then Joining them, a lot can be saved on Labor Cost. At site warehousing different Parts Add Cost and Significant Loss is Incurred because of Wastage of Material during Fabrication. Pre-Fabricated Spools save significant time, effort and cost of the project.

TUBO has a Manufacturing Facility Spread over 70000 m2. We have a Team of More Than 40 Qualified Welders who can do Any Challenging Jobs with experienced Skill Set, Material Handling and Adequate Plant Machineries, TUBO has World Class Facility for Spool Fabrication. We offer IBR and Non IBR Piping Spools and also perform Pipe Bending Service for our Esteem Customers. We have Successfully Executed some Challenging jobs like Miters, T-Joints, Storage Tanks/Silo, Fabrication jobs for Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchanger & Reaction Vessels for some of our Esteemed Customers like L&T MHI, IOCL, TOSHIBA etc. We are an ASME U Stamp & PP Stamp Certified Manufacturer.
